Pink Tantra is experienced through the body and as such the connection between the astral body and the physical body needs to be created to channel the energies of the Tantric Goddess that we work with. In this lesson, you will learn how to perform the Nyasa ritual on yourself to activate your astral body and prepare your body to become Shakti during Tantric practice.

Pink tantra is the middle path between white and red tantra.
White tantra focuses on the spiritual components of tantra and solo practices to achieve purification and inner marriage.
Red tantra focuses on the ecstasy of the divine union between the masculine and feminine principles through sacred sexuality.
Pink tantra is the middle path weaving together the spiritual depth of white tantra with the ecstatic expression of red tantra.
Pink is stirring of one’s sexual energy, sensorial experiences and seduction, and red is engaging with another person’s energy through sex.
