Fermenting Nicaraguan Tobacco Pt.1

Don't mistake underfermented tobacco for spice! While Nicaraguan tobacco can certainly add a kick of spice to a cigar, that isn't always the case. If you ever experience a burning sensation in the back of your throat or an ammonia-like taste, it probably means the tobacco in your cigar was not fermented properly!
