a Major Disaster Created this Beutiful Lake

The 1991 eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in Luzon, the island where the capital city, Manila is located. formed Mapanuepe Lake, a incredibly beautiful area. Not easy to get to, it only attracts the most determined tourists. The entire area is is a mixture of geographical oddities that make a visit worth the trip.
