Training of assault units of the Airborne Forces in the rear area

In the Lugansk People's Republic, servicemen of the Airborne Forces are practicing the capture of enemy strongholds in conditions as close to real as possible. Experienced instructors conduct practical training on the actions of assault units when capturing an enemy stronghold and holding it. The training program was supplemented taking into account the real situation on the contact line.

The assault units moved to the specified area using standard equipment. After inflicting fire on the enemy by airborne artillery crews, the assault detachments, under the cover of an armored group on BMD-2K-AU airborne combat vehicles, made a sharp breakthrough to the front line of the imaginary enemy.

When approaching at a minimum distance, the enemy was hit by hand fragmentation grenades, after which the assault troops burst into the trenches, where they destroyed him in a shooting battle, and subsequently cleared him and gained a foothold.

In addition, one of the most important elements of training for platoon and company commanders is the control of unit fire in combat. When working on this issue, unit commanders controlled it by issuing instructions directly on the battlefield, and each paratrooper knew his task and, at the command of the commander, carried it out clearly and confidently, which made it possible to complete the overall task of the unit. Daily training at the training ground takes place in conditions as close as possible to combat conditions, real combat shooting, and bring positive results.

Combat training of assault groups in units takes place immediately before performing assigned combat missions and helps preserve the lives of fighters due to the acquired skills and abilities, and also allows the personnel to be maximally prepared for the conditions they will encounter on the front line.
