Part 1
Outlaw would use her influence when a YouTube privacy complaint was filed striking the channel removing the video. Outlaw is in uniform and armed walking in front of the downtown central precinct. The man on her right is Donte James an actual martial artist and head of Portland's equity Department the man on the right is unknown. It's known that the Central precinct cameras aren't always working.

Part 2
A few days later I would meet Outlaw again this time at the Safeway and Southwest 10th & Jefferson eight blocks from the downtown central precinct. a few days after this I would be approached and served with with a temporary stocking order. which would be approved by today Supreme Court Justice Adrienne Nelson who became a Justice one week after approving the stocking order for Portland's first black female police chief she would become Oregon's first black female Supreme Court Justice.

add a hip hop festival in downtown Portland in front of City Hall I was unaware that Danielle Outlaw was in the crowd along with other members of the mayor's staff I was surprised as everyone else was and concerned since the contact happened when the stalking order was active
