One of my favorite air fryer dishes is this combination of Greek chicken and vegetables. It's simple to prepare, ideal for meal prep, and adaptable to various spice mixes.

1. To prepare this variation, finely chop a bell pepper and a red onion, then combine them in a dish with a pint of grape tomatoes.
