Just write 3 things that you're grateful for and go as deep as possible. For what you're grateful? Why you're grateful for that? What that thing will help/lead you in your life? What would happen if you wouldn't have that thing? You can journal what uou're thinking on, feeling, trauma, bad memories and etc. YES, YOU CAN START CRYING WHILE WRITING A BAD EXPERIENCE.
