Six young people discuss the "gender affirming" medical care they received for gender dysphoria and how they subsequently realised this was the wrong treatment.

"Affirmation Generation" features the stories of six young detransitioners (three men and three women).

They sought medical help but instead were irreversibly harmed by "gender-affirming care."

When you tell people the truth that is also love.

Lying to them will not help them. Affirming their crazy beliefs will not help them.

Ulf Kudsk Harbo er medlem af Enhedslisten, og er valgt ind i kommunalbestyrelsen i Norddjurs Kommune.

For ganske nylig sejlede Ulf med fuldt overlæg lige ind i den nationale storm, der handler om wokeness, identitetspolitik og kønsskifte til børn.

Det usædvanlige i det er at Ulf Harbo, modsat sine Enhedsliste-kolleger i Folketinget, er yderst kritisk overfor den woke diskurs - og særlig problemerne om kønsskifte til børn.

Ulf er gæst i denne episode af Regnbue-rod, fordi han er den første politiker på den ydre venstrefløj, der ikke bare er kritisk overfor wokeness, men aktivt har besluttet at tage kampen op inden for sit eget parti.
