Here is a general life ethos for all of you.

The food I eat is good for me,

Going to the gym is good for me,

Every single person I speak to is good for me,

Most of you have social media accounts.

I want you to ask yourself,

Are the social media platforms you use good for you?

If you follow my content, listen to my lectures, yes, obviously I share free knowledge.

BUT.

All the scrolling you do,

All the mindless consuming of garbage content,

Is that good for you?

Are you gaining more value than the time you lose from your social media platforms?

Are social media platforms PAYING you?

The world is made up of two types of people.

Creators and consumers.
