Sunset Valley redevelopment meeting

A District 66 development will be unveiled for neighbors at a meeting on Thursday.  NP Dodge plans to build houses and apartment buildings where Sunset Valley Golf Course sits. The private golf club voted to sell the property and liquidate the organization in June.
