I am so excited to share this CHAT with you all!
Charmaine was incredibly strong/ vunerable with so much especially as we dove into DEPRESSION/ thoughts of SUICIDE!
We all could do better at championing those who speak out on such topics our culture has demonized this in such a way that has folks SILENTLY SUFFERING!!!
WE CAN DO BETTER........... WE MUST DO BETTER!

It's no secret that we are now living in the most suicidal generation EVER!
Time we dive into why and help those struggling with this to find not just hope but A WAY OUT!
