Police and fire crews were attacked on Bonfire Night with petrol bombs and firework.
Around 100 youths gathered on Hay Avenue in Niddrie, in Edinburgh just before 5pm on Sunday.
Police say around 50 people were responsible for throwing fireworks and petrol bombs at officers.
Eight police officers were injured in the Bonfire Night disorder. Fire services recorded nine attacks on its crews after they were bombarded with fireworks and bricks. Police described the incident as a night of “unprecedented levels of violence”.
