Parish to Close After Pastor Removed — The Download

Public sacraments will cease at historic Baltimore church.

The Baltimore archdiocese announced Saturday (https://www.archbalt.org/press-release-11-04-23-b/) that Masses and sacraments at St. Benedict Church will be discontinued on Nov. 15. This comes after Benedictine Fr. Paschal Morlino — who was the church's pastor for years — settled with a man who accused him of abuse.
