The fact is that if you are not specifically trying to avoid bad oils, then you are eating them.
Sugar is a little more obvious if it’s in your diet. Still a challenge to avoid but easier to pull from your diet than bad oils.
Many health foods are loaded with bad fats that claim they are healthy, natural, and good for you.
Two things can be true at once. These fats can be organic and natural, found in a “trusted brand” and still be wildly unhealthy.
Switch to avocado, olive and coconut oil. Use butter and tallow. Then dump the bad fats.
