Why are slugs better than politicians?

I like slugs because I compare them to politicians. The more beautiful a politician is, the more disappointed he becomes over time. Looking at the slugs, I can’t be disappointed. That's why I love slugs. They are not beautiful. But real ones! :) Elections are coming soon. Perhaps many people will like slugs after this :)
