Moment man fatally shoots noisy neighbors

CCTV footage captured the horrific moment a man shot two of his neighbors after an argument about noise. 47-year-old Jason Pass can be seen pacing up and down outside his upstairs neighbors’ apartment in Brooklyn before he is confronted by 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and his stepson, 27-year-old Chinwai Mode. Mathurin can be seen angrily brandishing a pair of scissors. He immediately marches up to Pass and appears to threaten him with the scissors before turning to argue with his wife.

At this moment, Pass pulls out a handgun and shoots him in the back. He also shoots Mode, before returning to Mathurin and shooting him again as he lies on the floor.
According to police, the neighbors had been involved in a years-long dispute over noise, which came to a head on Sunday. Pass fled after the shooting, and is still being sought by police.
