Jordanian foreign minister: Israeli government has 'no interest' in peace

In an interview with Sky News on Sunday, Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Jordan, commented on statements that have come from the Israeli government.

During his interview, Safadi said that the Israeli government has shown "no interest" in peace by highlighting a recent statement from a member of the Israeli cabinet calling "publicly for nuking Gaza".

Safadi says this reflects the "extremist, racist, radical elements that are in the driver's seat of Israeli decision making".
