[Vegan goes to Japan #5 ] Kyoto via Shinkansen and the hidden ryokan

Back to the remaining of Vegan Goes to Japan series :) In this episode we travelled to the beautiful city of Kyoto via Shinkansen. We had ekiben and some of the most delicious vegan onigiri I ever had onboard. The ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) we stayed in was such a hidden gem that was full of surprises.
