2023-04-09 Resurrection Sunday - The Power of His Resurrection

Today we are celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ! But I do not want to romanticise or emotionalise the death and resurrection of Christ. Yes we need to know and be reminded, but we have been reminded over and over and yet we remain in defeat, we remain in our comfort zone, and never see change.As much as the death of Jesus as gruesome, the pain He took, the sins He took was glorious, it does not compare to the joy of His resurrection! Your divine receipt has been given to us as proof of our forgiveness, justification, and righteousness. We can have confidence that our sins have been totally paid for and that we stand before God totally innocent – Righteous!!!!
