INGREDIENTS
(This recipe makes 8 mochies, approx 2g carb per mochi)

120g Fresh okara
40g Soya flour
10g Psyllium husk
80ml Soya milk or other plant milk
3-4 tbsps Vegan mayo
Some salt
Handful of thinly sliced leeks or spring onion (scallions)

For dipping sauce
A chunk of fresh ginger
Soya sauce
1 fresh chilli
