This is how to make the best garlic infused oil/oil infused garlic on the planet. One of the best ways to take in fat if you're on keto. So simple and delicious. Just drizzle it on everything!

INGREDIENTS

400g garlic (unpeeled)
Olive oil (enough to cover garlic in mason jar)
Salt
A mason jar

DIRECTIONS
-------------------
1. Peel all garlic and place the garlic in lined baking tray.
2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon water. Mix garlic, salt and water so the salt sticks to garlic.

3. Bake the garlic in a 220°C/425°F preheated oven till the garlic is slightly soften and start to release aroma.

4. Take garlic out of the oven, while hot, transfer the garlic in a clean jar. Fill the jar with olive oil till it covers the garlic.

6. Leave the jar in room temperature to cool. Then store in the fridge for minimum 24 hours.

7. It’s ready to be eaten!
