INGREDIENTS
The batch below contains approx 10-12 net carbs

Flours used in the video (for your references)
Tree of Life soy flour:

Daylesford ground almond

60g soy flour (2g net carbs, see brand above)
70 ground almonds (5g net carbs, see brand above)
40g Coconut oil (melted)
Sweetener (stevia) 3 tbsps
A splash of vanilla extract

“Flax egg” (1 net carb):
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal (ground raw flaxseed)
2 1/2 Tbsps water

1 teaspoon matcha powder
A small handful of walnuts (or nuts of your choice
2 tbsps Nutritional yeast (2-3g net carbs)
Black salt (or salt of your choice)

DIRECTIONS
1. Make “Flax egg” by mixing the flaxseed meal with water. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.

2. Mix soy flour, ground almonds and sweetener together in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.

3. Add in “flax egg”, coconut oil vanilla extract in the bowl and mix all ingredients till it forms into a dough ball. Divide the dough in half. For the sweet biscuits, add in matcha powder and nut. Mix the dough well. For the savoury biscuits, mix in Nutritional yeast and mix the dough well.

4. Flatten and spread the dough on cling film just thin enough to be cut out as biscuits. Place the rolled out dough in the fridge for minimum an hour to firm up before cutting.

5. Cut and divide the chilled dough into desired size biscuits.
Bake in 170°C (325°F) preheated oven for 15mins (time required may vary depends on your oven) on baking tray lined with tin foil or baking sheet

Take the biscuits out and leave them to cool before consuming.
