Since the war began, people have called me a fake Muslim!

Since the war began,
people have called me a fake Muslim, a hypocrite, telling me I shouldn’t have taken the last name Freedom, or that I should be on the streets protesting with Palestinians.
This is not the solution we need.
Me going in front of a Kosher butcher and waving a Palestinian flag is not going to end the war. Jewish people coming in front of a mosque and waving an Israeli flag is not the solution either. Every city, country, and continent have both Jewish and Muslim people divided right now.
Look at our history, Muslims and Jews are cousins. We are family.
As a peacemaker, my side is the side of humanity. As a Muslim, of course I care about Palestinians. I also have a heart and of course care about the innocent Israelis who were killed during October 7th- and yes, all the hostages should be released immediately.
Call me anything you want, but once this war is over, the world will be searching for peacemakers who will bring two sides together.
I am one, but one is not enough. Join me, and let’s start building bridges and knocking down every wall in between us.
