Wine Tasting Josh Cellars 2021 Legacy Red Blend

I was thinking of diluting this wine to help with my acid reflux but after tasting the wine, there is no way I could have diluted that wine! Reminded me a lot of an Apothic Inferno with the lovely balance of acid and tannin, vanilla bean/extract smell and taste and dark fruit characteristics. So I drank it straight...only was able to drink half the bottle though (I think the water mixed with baking soda had something to do with that), but I would highly recommend this wine!
