EASY BREAKFAST BURRITO
Ingredients (SERVES 1)
• 1x Tortilla or wrap
• 2 potato bites
• 1 medium egg
• ¼ avocado
• Sprinkle of cheese
• Any sauce you want to use (I used sweet chilli and lighter than light mayo)
• Salt and pepper
• ½ sausage
• 1 tsp Coconut oil

Method:
STEP 1:
Add the sausage and Potato bites to the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes
STEP 2:
Turn the hob on to a medium heat, mix the egg in cup. Add the Coconut oil to a saucepan and await the oil to melt. Add the eggs and keep mixing until you get scrambled egg, add salt and pepper
STEP 3:
Add the wrap to a plate, add the scrambled egg, sausage, cheese and potato tots, add the avocado, and a sprinkle of cheese, top with the sauce
STEP 4:
To fold the burrito, first fold the two sides over the filling, then fold the bottom half up and over the filling, tucking it in and firmly holding it together. Then continue rolling all the way up so it’s a tight and compact burrito and add to the air fryer for 3 minutes.

STEP 5:
SERVE & ENJOY!!!
