Nepal quake survivors battle injuries, sleeping rough

Injured survivors of Nepal's earthquake on Saturday (November 4) were being treated in hospital in Nepalgunj, the largest city closest to the remote epicentre in the country's western region, where the death toll rose to at least 157 and is expected to continue climbing.
