Austin Healey 100/6 & 3000 Rear Brakes Just Sat & Got Tight - Like My Grandma! What Happened?

I took her out the other day and the brakes were dragging. I haven't touched the brakes in years but somehow the rear brakes got tight. I pulled the rear wheels & drums but not until I turned the adjusters off 3 turns. Note the OEM disk wheels and covers as most of these cars were wire wheels. So where to find the torque spec for wheel nuts? Not on the torque spec main chart but in the "Wheels & Tyre" section. On this car it's 60 to 62.5 pound feet. The final word on what is a cotter pin & split pin! Test drive was great but lost some footage - oh well. Why it a cloth not rags - I tell you why.
