Will ZEOS Launch on the UX Network?

In previous AMA sessions, Matthias has expressed that ZEOS may be launched on the UX network due to the fact that the UX Network already runs BLS, this would mean ZEOS could launch sooner rather than having to wait for BLS on EOS.

Is this what Matthias has decided to do?
