If you travel to Istanbul you must see these things. Istanbul, formerly known as Constantinople, is the largest city in Turkey, serving as the country's economic, cultural and historic hub. The city straddles the Bosporus strait, lying in both Europe and Asia. Istanbul is the most populous European city. During our trip we visited some of the most popular places, like Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Taksim Square, Grand Bazaar.. We also went on an Bosphorus cruise and visited Princes Island Buyukada. The food was great and shopping can be endless.
