The state of New Jersey is demanding that a church which privately owns a beach the public is freely allowed use open it before noon on Sundays starting next season. This is when for religious reasons it is closed until that time. The unelected bureaucrats making the demand do not care that how the church runs the beach according to its faith is constitutionally protected under the First Amendment.
