Blinken visits Israel: Urges protection of Palestinian civilians

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he's spoken to Israeli leaders about taking 'concrete steps' to minimise Palestinian civilian death toll. Blinken visited Israel for the third time since the war began. He's now in Jordan where 'he's expected to meet with the Foreign Ministers of several Arab countries.
