Watch the construction of a field Orthodox church and mosque near the line of military contact

In the Krasny Liman direction, personnel from one of the motorised rifle units of the Central Military District began construction of unique religious sites. In the near future, in the positional area, units will be built and will begin to receive believers, a field temple and a mosque for military believers.

At the temple construction site, at their own request, military personnel who arrived for restoration from positions on the line of combat contact are working. At the site where the temple and mosque were built, servicemen professing Orthodoxy assist their comrades professing Islam in processing wood for a field mosque, and Muslims, in turn, help their brothers-in-arms select and lay the best natural stones for the field temple named after St. George the Victorious.

The command of the unit notes that the joint work of military personnel of different religions makes it possible to unite military teams, increase morale and strengthen relationships within the team.
