My first try fighting stormterror dvalin at max lvl went so smoothly I decided to share it with you all. this fight can go even faster if you use built characters, however mine are not yet built well and I lack the ideal team so I figured I would also upload this as a guide for the "common" genshin player who does not yet have ever character built.
