¼ onion
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp xanthan gum (or 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder, or 1 tbsp ground flaxseed)
1 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste

Tomato salsa:

Coriander
Juice of lime
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
