13yr old boy shot dead 12yr old charged after failed carjacking attempt

Just when you thought todays teenagers could not get any worse, so these two in this story here decided to go out this day and try to carjack a damn armed security officer. Only 1 was shot dead as the other is now charged with the crime and possibly the 13yr old's death
