Homeless Encampment Growing Behind Allegheny County Jail

Located off of Three Rivers Heritage Trail directly behind Allegheny County Jail, this homeless encampment has seen several more tents pop up in the area recently.

Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Bobby Harr is an independent investigative journalist and writer focused on issues of local and national importance through shoe-leather reporting.
