Thousands of Hasidic Jewish girls leaving school

This is fascinating drone footage of the dismissal of the Satmar girls' school in Kiryas Joel. You can see a ton of buses line up, and then masses of girls pour out and get on to the buses. Busing is a huge part of the Hasidic community's system of education. It's an enormous help to parents, who get to have their kids picked up almost every day and dropped off at the end of the day. One of the iconic sights in Williamsburg and Kiryas Joel and other such Hasidic enclaves is a neighborhood gridlocked with school buses, because this is a community of kids, and there are so many buses circulating during the morning and afternoon hours.
