Here is the full speech the Satmar Rabbi Zalman Teitelbaum gave from his balcony at the end of the Bagleiten ceremony. The Bagleiten is a special Satmar tradition, which I attended for my high holiday video series.

This video shows the traditional moment when the Rabbi wishes the congregants a good winter and that the high spirits and holiness of the holiday should accompany them into the long winter months.
