Taste testing dried citron / esrog (the fruit of Sukkos)

I found dried citron and thought I’d taste test some for you, so you don’t have to try it! Chamish Assur B’shvat (or Tu B’shvat as it’s often called by other Jews) is a very sweet minor holiday that’s a celebration of the trees and its fruits. In order to mark the new year for the fruits, families hold a festival of eating all sorts of exotic fruits and nuts. Perhaps next year I’ll get to film a family’s lovely Chamish Assur party. In the meantime - don’t get a stomach ache!
