Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain, playthrough part 15 (with commentary)

I return to Metal Gear Solid 5 Phantom Pain. Doing a bunch of side ops until I get frustrated. I move onto the next main mission, where I also get frustrated. Clearly I'm rusty and need to get back into the groove. Story wise, The Diamond Dogs continue operations. Miller has found a new assignment. To take down some PMC leaders. They are going for a meeting somewhere in Africa. We only know the target and the general area. Big Boss will have to tail the target to find the rest of the leaders.
