In commerce, it is a felony for the officer/public office not to receive and report a Claim to its Bonding Company. THE VA reported all our claims, including FEB 2018’s claims, locked in the DOD Safe Server. It is also a felony for the agent of a Bonding Company to not pay the Claim in 2018. It is also a felony for the VA and its agent to attempt to throw us a bone of $150,000 vs. the billions that are owed to me and my ADA CLIENTS.
