What the video doesn't show;

learning that between 2 old mobos 1 don't have PCIE 3.0

learning that now AMD drivers need PCIE 3.0 for 'atom'

learning that AMD, like war, never changes

re-establishing that reinstalling BIOS updates on old mobos, even if it is the same version, is like magic juice.

removed all HWE kernels and simplified fresh install to base components.

HW issues on the left, S/W issues on the entropic dissusphere

On shown mobo, after bios update able to boot using PEG graphics [the card] which was not working previously.

By removing v6 kernel header package was able to install amdgpu with dkms modules.

However booting into 5x kernel with all modules, clinfo does not have any reporting of any opencl custody of any gpu.
