How the World Ended 2000 Years Ago!

In the Bible,
the 'world' and the nations are in the context of Jerusalem, Judaea and Israel unless expressly stated otherwise.
The word nations is used not in the modern sense of a country, but in the sense of cities and ethnic groups.
Zephaniah 3 is speaking of Jerusalem, its 'nations' are the peoples therein and immediately surrounding IN THAT TIME, not modern-day Jerusalem.

It is also significant that in the time of the apostles,
God was reckoning the unbelieving Israelites as no longer Jews but classified with the 'gentiles' so that they can come to God as Gentiles through Christ.
See Rom 2:28-29;

Romans 2:28-29

28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.
29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.

Rom 11:15,18-20, 32;

15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

Thus, in the wars and upheavals which raged during the time of the Apostles,
Zephaniah 3 could have easily been fulfilled,
and even been referring to 70AD.
At any rate, it is not wise to go to an OT prophecy,
which is written in symbol, to try to upend what Jesus and the Apostles were teaching that they were IN THE END TIME, the LAST DAYS, and the LAST HOUR, and that all these things WRITTEN were to be fulfilled in their generation.

Rev 21 3 God Dwells with us NOW! By the Spirit

Revelation 21:3
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,
“Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people,
and he will dwell with them.
They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.

Leviticus 26: 11-12

11 I will put my dwelling place[a] among you, and I will not abhor you.

12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.

Ezekiel 37:26-27

26 And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them.
And I will [a]place them and multiply them, and set My sanctuary in their midst forever.

27 My dwelling place also will be among them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.

2 Corinthians 6:16

What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God.
As God has said:
“I will live with them and walk among them,
and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”

Philippians 3:20–21

20 But our citizenship is in heaven And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, (WHO CAME)

21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control,
will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

2 Corinthians 4:14

14 because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead, will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself. (when we die)

2 Corinthians 4:16-18

16 So we do not lose heart.
Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.

17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,

18 as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen.
For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

1 John 3:1-3

3 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!
And that is what we are!
The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

2 Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known.
But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

3 All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.

Colossians 3:1-4

3 If ye then be risen with Christ,
seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Matthew 5:3-11

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Matthew 10:39-42

39 Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.

40 “Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me.

41 Whoever welcomes a prophet as a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward,
and whoever welcomes a righteous person as a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.

42 And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple,
truly I tell you,
that person will certainly not lose their reward.”

Isaiah 30:18-21

18 And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted,
that he may have mercy upon you:
for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem:
thou shalt weep no more:
he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.

20 And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction,
yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:

satan “which is legalism” was bound the moment CHRIST was born until He ascended -he Was loosed for a short season
(from ascension to the destruction of the temple)!
A physical temple WILL NEVER BE REBUILT!
We are the temple carrying the Savior unto all the earth generation after generation!

Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.-

1 Corinthians 3:16-17

He has sent redemption to His people;
He has ordained His covenant forever;
Holy and awesome is His name.-

Psalm 111:9

Ezekiel 24:24

*******24 Thus shall Ezekiel be to you a sign; according to all that he has done you shall do.
When this comes, then you will know that I am the Lord God.’

Ezekiel 5

Jerusalem Will Be Destroyed (HAS BEEN DESTROYED)

5 “Thus says the Lord God: This is Jerusalem. I have set her in the center of the nations, with countries all around her.

6 And she has rebelled against my rules by doing wickedness more than the nations,
and against my statutes more than the countries all around her; for they have rejected my rules and have not walked in my statutes.

7 Therefore thus says the Lord God:
Because you are more turbulent than the nations that are all around you,
and have not walked in my statutes or obeyed my rules,
and have not even acted according to the rules of the nations that are all around you,

8 therefore thus says the Lord God: Behold, I, even I, am against you.
And I will execute judgments in your midst in the sight of the nations.

9 And because of all your abominations I will do with you what I have never yet done,

(((****and the like of which I will never do again. ))

10 Therefore fathers shall eat their sons in your midst, and sons shall eat their fathers.
And I will execute judgments on you,
and any of you who survive I will scatter to all the winds. ((SCATTERED))

11 Therefore, as I live, declares the Lord God, surely,
because you have defiled my sanctuary with all your detestable things and with all your abominations,
therefore I will withdraw.
My eye will not spare, and I will have no pity.

12 A third part of you shall die of pestilence and be consumed with famine in your midst; a third part shall fall by the sword all around you; and a third part I will scatter to all the winds and will unsheathe the sword after them.

13 “Thus shall my anger spend itself, and I will vent my fury upon them and satisfy myself.
And they shall know that I am the Lord—that I have spoken in my jealousy—when I spend my fury upon them.

14 Moreover, I will make you a desolation and an object of reproach among the nations all around you and in the sight of all who pass by.

15 You shall be a reproach and a taunt, a warning and a horror, to the nations all around you, when I execute judgments on you in anger and fury, and with furious rebukes—I am the Lord; I have spoken—

Ezekiel 20

4 Will you judge them, son of man, will you judge them? Let them know the abominations of their fathers,

5 and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: On the day when I chose Israel,
I swore to the offspring of the house of Jacob, making myself known to them in the land of Egypt; I swore to them, saying, I am the Lord your God.

6 On that day I swore to them that I would bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had searched out for them,
a land flowing with milk and honey, the most glorious of all lands.

7 And I said to them,
‘Cast away the detestable things your eyes feast on, every one of you, and do not defile yourselves with the idols of Egypt;
I am the Lord your God.’

8 But they rebelled against me and were not willing to listen to me.
None of them cast away the detestable things their eyes feasted on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.

“Then I said I would pour out my wrath upon them and spend my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

9 But I acted for the sake of my name, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations among whom they lived,
in whose sight I made myself known to them in bringing them out of the land of Egypt.

10 So I led them out of the land of Egypt and brought them into the wilderness.

11 I gave them my statutes and made known to them my rules, by which, if a person does them, he shall live.

12 Moreover, I gave them my Sabbaths, as a sign between me and them,
that they might know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them.

13 But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness.
***They did not walk in my statutes but rejected my rules,
by which,
if a person does them, he shall live; and my Sabbaths they greatly profaned.

Ezekiel 20:

36 As I entered into judgment with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt,
so I will enter into judgment with you, declares the Lord God.

37 I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant.

38 I will purge out the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against me.

I will bring them out of the land where they sojourn, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

Ezekiel 20

42 And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I bring you into the land of Israel,
the country that I swore to give to your fathers.

43 And there you shall remember your ways and all your deeds with which you have defiled yourselves,
and you shall loathe yourselves for all the evils that you have committed.

44 And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I deal with you for my name's sake,
not according to your evil ways, nor according to your corrupt deeds, O house of Israel, declares the Lord God.”

Ezekiel 21:

2 “Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem and preach against the sanctuaries.
Prophesy against the land of Israel

3 and say to the land of Israel,
Thus says the Lord: Behold,

(I am against you and will draw my sword from its sheath and will cut off from you both righteous and wicked.)

4 Because I will cut off from you both righteous and wicked, therefore my sword shall be drawn from its sheath against all flesh from south to north.

5 And all flesh shall know that I am the Lord. I have drawn my sword from its sheath; it shall not be sheathed again.

Ezekiel 21:

24 “Therefore thus says the Lord God: Because you have made your guilt to be remembered,
in that your transgressions are uncovered,
so that in all your deeds your sins appear—because you have come to remembrance, you shall be taken in hand.

(25 And you, O profane wicked one, prince of Israel, whose day has come, the time of your final punishment,

26 thus says the Lord God: Remove the turban and take off the crown.
Things shall not remain as they are. Exalt that which is low, and bring low that which is exalted.

27 A ruin, ruin, ruin I will make it.
This also shall not be, until he comes, the one to whom judgment belongs, and I will give it to him.) (JESUS)

Ezekiel 22:18

18 “Son of man, the people of Israel have become dross to me; all of them are the copper, tin, iron and lead left inside a furnace. They are but the dross of silver.

19 Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because you have all become dross, I will gather you into Jerusalem.

20 As silver, copper, iron, lead and tin are gathered into a furnace to be melted with a fiery blast, so will I gather you in my anger and my wrath and put you inside the city and melt you.

21 I will gather you and I will blow on you with my fiery wrath, and you will be melted inside her.

22 As silver is melted in a furnace, so you will be melted inside her, and you will know that I the Lord have poured out my wrath on you.’”

Ezekiel 24

2 “Son of man, write down the name of this day, this very day.
The king of Babylon has laid siege to Jerusalem this very day.

3 And utter a parable to the rebellious house and say to them, Thus says the Lord God:

Ezekiel 24

20 So I said to them, “The word of the Lord came to me:

21 Say to the people of Israel,
‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:
I am about to desecrate my sanctuary—the stronghold in which you take pride, the delight of your eyes, the object of your affection.

2 Corinthians 5:16

16 So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation.
The old has passed away.
Behold, the new has come!

18 All this is from God,
who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation

19 that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ,

(( not counting men’s trespasses against them.))

And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

20 Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ,
as though God were making His appeal through us.
We implore you on behalf of Christ:

Hebrews 9:27

27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,

((No commendation in Christ)

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Revelation 2:11

He that hath an ear,
let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

((first death was being cut off from Gods spirit ))

Galatians 5:

4 You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.

5 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Isaiah 59:2

But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God,
And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.

13 You, my brothers and sisters,
were called to be free.
But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh
((rather, serve one another humbly in love.)))
14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command:
((“Love your neighbor as yourself.”))

15 If you bite and devour each other,
watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.*****

1 John 2:27

As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you;
but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.

John 14:26

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.

Matthew 23:8

But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren.
