Almost 200 killed and 700 more wounded in an Israeli double air strike on the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza, while the IDF says they were targeting only two Hamas leaders who were killed in the attacks. Amnesty International accuses Israel again of using illegal white phosphorus bombs in Gaza and along Lebanon's southern border.
