San Bernardino - the Stylish Lakeside Town in Paraguay

San Bernardino feels more like a European town. It's the go-to place for Asuncion folk especially in the summer. It's also home to many German and Swiss expats. Every Saturday there is a fantastic market where you can buy both local and European items. It has numerous great cafe's, restaurant's and craft beer brewery's.
