Man accused of trying to kill his 4 and 5-year-old kids by setting fire to their apartment in Washington State was arrested in Indianapolis

A man who's accused of setting fire to an apartment to try and kill his four and 5-year-old children in Washington State was arrested Thursday morning in Indianapolis. Edward Holmes is charged with first degree arson.
