The Kuhner Report 11/02/2023 [FULL SHOW] World-wide surge in antisemitism; Rep. Rashida Tlaib avoids censure over her antisemitic statements

TOPICS: Antisemitism is surging World-wide since the attack by Hamas terrorists on Israel on October 7th and subsequent war on the Islamist terrorist group launched by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

«This is the scariest time to be Jewish since World War Two. We have had problems before, but things have never been this bad in my lifetime» — said Anthony Adler, 62, speaking outside a synagogue where he had gone to pray in Golders Green, a London neighbourhood with a large Jewish community. Adler, who runs three Jewish schools, temporarily closed two of them after Oct. 7 because of fears of attacks on students, and has beefed up security at all three.

In countries where the data is available from police or civil society groups, including the United States, Britain, France and Germany, the pattern is clear: The number of antisemitic incidents has gone up since October 7th by several hundred percent compared with the same period last year.

The most chilling antisemitic incident globally was the storming of an airport in Dagestan region (in Putin's fascist Russia) by an enraged crowd of islamist extremists looking for Jews to harm after a flight arrived from Tel Aviv. Rabbi Alexander Boroda, president of Russia's Federation of Jewish Communities, said in response that anti-Israeli sentiment had morphed into open aggression towards Russian Jews.

Also, Rep. Rashida Tlaib avoids censure over her antisemitic statements. Tlaib on Wednesday avoided becoming the second member of her party this Congress to be censured, as nearly two dozen Republicans broke ranks to help her. The House sidestepped the resolution introduced by Georgia Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, voting 222-186 to table it. The measure accused Tlaib of engaging in antisemitic behavior, supporting a terrorist group and leading an insurrection at the Capitol complex.
