Time to start your 2024 CapEx forecasting?
There’s been a lot of upheaval in the markets the last three years.
Common themes I hear from Building Owners is that they are:
· Frustrated that they “Blew Up” recent budgets,
· Unhappy because costs keep going up, and
· Worried it’ll happen again next year.
Why is it happening?
The attached graphic shows that car prices have skyrocketed 31% in the last 3 years.
Roofing costs mirror that increase.
· Does it make sense to get some help and make better Capex forecasts?
· Make better roofing decisions?
· Consider different approaches?
· (Some choices may also be better as it relates to #Sustainability and #environmental perspectives!)
