This is the hilarious moment a goalkeeper's pre-match warm-up went horribly wrong when he fell into the back of the net and caused the goal posts to COLLAPSE.

Lincoln City FC goalie Paul Farman had been having a kick-a-round with team mates as part of a training drill before their game with Forest Green Rovers last month.

But as the 28-year-old tried to header the coach's over-hit pass, he can be seen comically stumbling back and getting tangled up in the net.
