The Georgia public officials and public election employees at all levels need to be told they are supporting ongoing criminal activity by claiming THE LAW EMPOWERS THEM TO PROTECT COUNTIES IN THEIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILING OF UNOFFICIAL BALLOTS INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD. IT IS FELONY CRIME FOR BOTH THE ELECTOR & PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO DO THIS.

The Dominion system produces these ILLEGAL, UNOFFICIAL BALLOTS THAT DO NOT MEET STATUTORY FORM STANDARDS OF THE VERY LAWS PRINTED AT THE TOP OF THEM.

Paper ballots are always authorized by law! GA Code 21-2-300 states that the law authorizes the counties to use any other legally allowed method of voting they choose, and over 200 years of GEORGIA ELECTIONS prove this. Right now, citizens in Brooklet & Milton, GA are casting paper ballots.

EXISTING LAWS require that statutory paper ballots be used when a voting system cannot be utilized. (It being ILLEGAL, and failing to meet both state and federal standards, is one reason why Dominion Voting System is inaccurate, unsafe, and impracticable for use).

Any legislation attempting to create a new class of same day absentee voters would SOUNDLY discriminate between those who KNOW their Dominion ballots are in violation of the definition in Rules and Regulations 143-1-14.07 and those who ignorant. This includes but is not limited to over 16 codes of law and especially THE VERY LAWS printed on the ballot —- 21-2-284 & 285, regarding DEFACING of the ballots with an unlegislated, unrequired barcode containing computed and unverifiable information. The voter, nor election workers can audit even ONE ballot.

21-2-284:
The ballots shall vary in form only as the names of precincts, offices, candidates, or this chapter may require.
THE CHAPTER DOES NOT INCLUDE LEGISLATION FOR AN UNREADABLE BARCODE FEATURE.

21-2-285:
Marks made in violation of these directions shall be disregarded in the counting of the votes cast. The names of persons inserted on the ballot by the elector shall be written only within the write-in space provided and the insertion of such names outside such column or by the use of a sticker, paster, stamp, or other printed or written matter is prohibited.

Since the law requires barcodes be disregarded because they VOID THEM, MAKING THEM BITH ILLEGAL AND OFFICIAL, GEORGIA CITIZENS HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONSIDER THOSE OFFICIALS WHO PROPAGATE AND PROTECT IT AS ENGAGING ONGOING, COLLUSIVE CRIMINAL CONDUCT.
